What we collect

• Enquiry and booking details: your name, email, phone number, group size, visit date, hotel or pick-up area, and any message or special requests.
• Health and dietary information you choose to share: food allergies, dietary needs, health conditions or mobility needs. We use this only to keep you safe and to plan your visit.
• Payment details: when online payment is available, card and payment details are handled by our payment provider, Omise. We do not see or store full card numbers.
• Email sign-ups: your email address, if you join our updates list.
• Messages you send us by email or through this website.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and to confirm and manage your visit.
• To take payment and send confirmations and safety information.
• To send news about Trunk Heaven, only if you signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run the sanctuary: our payment provider (Omise), our email and web-hosting providers, and the service that delivers website form submissions to our inbox (FormSubmit). We do not sell your data.

Cookies and analytics

At the time of writing, this website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. It loads its fonts from Google Fonts. If we add analytics, we will update this page.

How long we keep it

Enquiry, booking and payment records are kept for as long as needed for the purposes above and as required by Thai tax and accounting law. Email sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent, by emailing trunkheaven@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days. Some records we must keep by law.

Security and children

We store data with reputable providers using access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care. Bookings for people under 18 must be made by a parent or guardian.

Changes

We may update this policy and will show the date of the latest version at the top of this page.
